Husarich GmbH was founded in Piding, Upper Bavaria.
2005
We relocated to Hamburg for our business operations, where we could make use of the port city’s outstanding infrastructure.
2006
We set up our own grinding plants in Hamburg, which in subsequent years were upgraded to include more mixing and cleaning capacity.
2007
We were given organic certification.
2009
Two additional certifications: ISO 22000, a worldwide standard for management systems for food safety, and GMP+B1, the guidelines for manufacturing and processing feed for farmed animals. We also rolled out the enterprise resource planning software GUS-ERP at our company and set new standards in process optimisation and paperless documentation.
2016
We were given FSSC 22000 certification as proof of our food safety.
2018
Jan Kahlweiß and Jessica Scheffer took over the management of Husarich GmbH with a focus on sustainable corporate governance. ESG criteria regarding the environment,social responsibility and corporate governance are integrated into existing processes and decision-making. Sustainability targets and corresponding measures for implementation and monitoring were defined and established.
